摘要

本文总结1例恶性心律失常患者的心理护理体会，期望为相关临床护理提供有价值的参考。对此病人整体护理过程包括：病情观察、情志护理等方法。通过辩证施护，开展针对性的个体化护理措施，调节患者的情绪。通过运用移情、取情等方法，科学有效的缓解患者紧张焦虑的心情，入科第三天后患者病情稳定，一周后转往普通病房继续康复治疗。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the psychological nursing experience of a patient with malignant arrhythmia， hoping to provide valuable reference for related clinical nursing.The whole nursing process of this patient includes： condition observation， emotional nursing and other methods.Through the dialectical nursing， carry out targeted individual nursing measures， regulate patients' emotions.Through the use of empathy， emotion and other methods， scientific and effective relief of the patient's anxiety， three days after admission to the department， the patient's condition was stable， a week later transferred to the general ward to continue rehabilitation treatment.
