摘要

本文回顾1例气滞血瘀型压疮患者应用封闭式负压引流（VSD）联合辨证施护的效果，总结护理体会。对压疮实施负压封闭引流技术，同时配合中医辨证施护，对提高压疮治疗效果，促进创面愈合，减轻医护人员工作负担，减轻患者多次换药的痛苦具有重要意义。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of vacuum sealing drainage combined with nursing by syndrome differentiation for a patient with pressure ulcer with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type. The vacuum sealing drainage was conducted in coordination with nursing by syndrome differentiation， in order to ensure the treatment efficacy， improve the wound healing， and reduce the work burden on nurses and pain caused by dressing change.
