摘要

肺系疾病在老年群体中的发病率一直都是居高不下，尤其是细菌性肺炎，中医也称之为咳嗽。中医中通过穴位贴敷让药力透入以及给予穴位刺激的方法常被用于肺系疾病的治疗中。本文以1例因“咳嗽、咳痰伴喘息4天”的高龄细菌性肺炎患者病例为分析基础，分析穴位贴敷应用于细菌性肺炎伴咳嗽患者的选穴规律，以及患者接受穴位贴敷治疗后的状态变化，总结整理关于老年咳嗽的临床护理经验，以此为提高穴位贴敷治疗细菌性肺炎的临床效果提供一定的参考，让中医外治法发挥出更多的作用。

Abstract

The incidence of pulmonary diseases in the elderly population has remained high， especially bacterial pneumonia， which is also called cough in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In TCM， the method of penetrating the drug force through acupoint application and giving acupoint stimulation is often used in the treatment of pulmonary diseases. Based on the analysis of an elderly patient with bacterial pneumonia due to "cough， expectoration with wheezing for 4 days"， this paper analyzed the regularity of acupoint selection in acupoint application for the patient with bacterial pneumonia complicated with cough， as well as the state changes of the patient after receiving acupoint application treatment， summarized and collates the clinical nursing experience on the elderly patient with cough， in order to provide a certain reference for improving the clinical effect of acupoint application in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia， so that the external treatment of TCM would play a more important role.
