目的

探讨家庭参与式护理模式对于婴幼儿PICC置管期间预防并发症的应用效果。
方法
2
总结清华大学玉泉医院1例6个月颅脑肿瘤患儿留置PICC期间的经验。
结果
2
患儿PICC置管后4个月，期间无静脉血栓、静脉炎、导管不良事件、穿刺点异常情况发生。
结论
2
家庭参与式护理模式对于婴幼儿PICC置管可以有效的预防PICC并发症的发生，减轻婴幼儿反复静脉穿刺痛苦，保证后续治疗顺利完成，家属满意度高。
Abstract
Objective
2
To explore the application effect of family participatory nursing model for preventing complications during PICC catheterization in infants.
Methods
2
The experience of a child with brain tumor during PICC indwelling in Yuquan Hospital of Tsinghua University was summarized.
Results
2
There was no venous thrombosis， phlebitis， catheter adverse events， or abnormal puncture site during the 4 months after PICC catheterization.
Conclusion
2
The family participatory nursing model for PICC catheterization in infants and young children can effectively prevent the occurrence of PICC complications， reduce the pain of repeated venipuncture in infants and young children， ensure the successful completion of follow-up treatment， and high satisfaction of family members.
