摘要

本文总结中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗1例中风后便秘患者的护理体会。在常规护理的基础上，采用腹部中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷疗法治疗便秘，能有效缓解便秘症状，且无不良反应，对减少脑血管事件发生和促进患者康复具有积极意义。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with post-stroke constipation treated with Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） ointment rubbing therapy and acupoint application. Based on the routine care， the TCM ointment rubbing therapy and acupoint application were used jointly to relieve the constipation symptoms， reduce the risk of cardiovascular events and improve the recovery of the patient.
