摘要

本文总结1例妊娠期糖尿病患者产程中的护理体会，回顾产妇总产程经过，通过中西医结合医疗及护理，产程中饮用中药代茶饮，补气养阴；静滴胰岛素、穴位按摩，降血糖；五行音乐疗法，改善情绪；分娩镇痛，缓解疼痛；导乐师陪伴，改善分娩体验；合谷穴注射，预防产后出血。充分发挥中医辩体辨病辩证和现代产科的科技优势，宜西则西，宜中则中，中西医并重，中西药并用，促使产妇顺利分娩，母婴结局良好。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with gestational diabetes mellitus during labor， reviews the puerpera's total labor process， through integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and nursing， drinking Chinese medicine instead of tea during labor， nourishing Qi and nourishing Yin； Intravenous drops of insulin， acupoint massage， lowering blood sugar； Five elements music， improve mood； Labor analgesia， relieve pain； Guide to improve the delivery experience； Hegu point injection， prevent postpartum hemorrhage. Giving full play to the scientific and technological advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in body differentiation and disease differentiation and modern obstetrics， the appropriate west is the west， the appropriate Chinese and western medicine is the Chinese and western medicine， and the use of Chinese and Western medicine， to promote the smooth delivery of maternal and infant outcomes.
