摘要

本文总结1例因外伤后背部痈伴肿物红肿疼痛溢脓患者的护理体会。经抗感染、肿物切开引物及定期清创术、术后负压引流、壳聚糖创面敷料等外科治疗，联合中医辨证施护理论指导下中医药物、皮内针、艾灸、膏摩等治疗，同时实施个性化护理管理方案后，感染控制，肿物消退，创面愈合。

Abstract

This paper summarized a case of back carbuncle with swelling， pain and pyorrhea due to trauma， which was treated by anti-infection， incision of carbuncle， debridement， postoperative negative pressure drainage， and chitosan wound dressing， combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine， intradermal needle， moxibustion， and ointment under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation. Moreover， after nursing theory was used to perform individualized nursing management program， the symptom of back carbuncle was controlled.
