摘要
尿失禁是中风的常见并发症之一，不仅严重影响患者睡眠，降低生活质量，还是卒中预后、残疾及死亡相关的独立预测因子，对患者康复产生极大的影响。本文总结1例竹圈姜灸联合情志护理治疗中风后尿失禁患者的相关护理经验，包括竹圈姜灸操作方法、中医情志护理、饮食护理、常规护理四个方面，竹圈姜灸联合中医情志护理操作简单、安全环保，不仅能有效缓解中风后尿失禁症状，且能改善患者焦虑不良情绪，患者接受度较高。
Abstract
Urinary incontinence is one of the common complications of stroke， which not only seriously affects patients' sleep and reduce their quality of life， but also is an independent predictor of stroke prognosis， disability and death， which has a great impact on patients' rehabilitation. This article summarizes the 1 case of bamboo circle ginger moxibustion combined modern nursing in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke in patients with relevant nursing experience， including bamboo circle ginger moxibustion operation method， traditional Chinese medicine of modern nursing， diet nursing， conventional care four aspects， bamboo circle ginger moxibustion combined traditional Chinese medicine of modern nursing operation is simple， safe environmental protection， not only can effectively alleviate the symptoms of urinary incontinence after stroke， and can improve the patients' anxiety feelings， Patient acceptance is high.
