摘要
本文总结中西医结合治疗1例不可分期压力性损伤患者的效果和护理经验。通过运用TIME湿性愈合理念和中医综合外治法，给予新型敷料、中医药疗法、艾灸、红光照射、心理护理、饮食调整、健康宣教等综合护理措施，促进伤口愈合。2个月后，患者不可分期压力性损伤创面愈合。中西医结合治疗压力性损伤特色鲜明、优势明显，对于创面各分型或时期都有效，能减少患者痛苦和风险，减轻家庭经济负担，护理质量。
Abstract
This paper summarized the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and nursing for a patient with unstageable pressure injuries. Based on the TIME （Tissue， Infection or Inflammation， Moisture， Edge） principle of wet healing and Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment， comprehensive interventions such as dressing change， Traditional Chinese Medicine， moxibustion， Red light irradiation， psychological care， dietary regulation， health education were carried out to improve the wound healing. The wound had healed well 2 month after intervention. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has distinct characteristics and advantages in the treatment of pressure injuries of different stages or types. It could reduce the pain and risk of the patient， reduce the economic burden of family， and effectively improve the quality of care.
