摘要
复杂性局部疼痛综合征（CRPS）是肩关节术后出现的罕见并发症之一。本文总结了中药湿敷联合康复指导在1例肩袖损伤术后合并Ⅰ型CRPS患者中的应用及护理经验。在传统的中药湿敷操作基础上进行技术改良，使中药温度恒定，以提高患者舒适体验，并结合个性化的康复指导方案，改善肩袖损伤术后合并I型CRPS的疼痛及关节活动度受限等症状，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract
Complex regional pain syndrome （CRPS） is one of the most rare complications after shoulder operation. This article summarized the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine wet compress combined with rehabilitation guidance in a patient with type I CRPS after rotator cuff tear repair procedure. On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine wet compress technique， technical improvements were made to keep the temperature of traditional Chinese medicine constant for improving the patient's comfortable experience. Meanwhile， the improved technique combined with personalized rehabilitation guidance programs can reduce the pain and the limitation joint range of motion of the patient， who suffered type I CRPS after rotator cuff tear repair operation. Finally， the quality life of patient was improved.
