摘要

本文总结1例患者膝关节多发韧带损伤重建后康复期的慢性疼痛护理经验，护理人员为患者制定针对性的中西医结合护理方案，发挥中医优势。在常规护理的同时，配合耳穴压豆、穴位针刺、五音疗法联合治疗。中西医结合治疗有助于改善膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后患者疼痛程度及膝关节功能和膝关节活动度，减轻患者痛苦，加快修复进程。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of chronic pain in the rehabilitation period of a patient with multiple knee ligament injury after reconstruction. The nursing staff formulated targeted integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing plan for the patient， and gave full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine. In addition to routine nursing， combined treatment with auricular acupoint pressure， acupoint acupuncture and five-tone therapy was performed. For the patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction， the combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine reduce the feeling of pain， improve knee-joint function and knee-joint range of motion， and speed up the repair process.
