摘要

本文总结中医定向透药治疗1例急性胃炎患者的护理经验。主要包括中药汤剂的制作、定向透药的操作方法、注意事项及生活起居、饮食调护、情绪指导等护理措施。通过辨证分型，选取具有针对性有效的方剂及穴位，配合相关的护理措施，能有效缓解急性胃炎胃病患者的胀满等相关症状，提高其预防疾病的能力。中医定向透药疗法操作简单，不良反应少，患者易于接受。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） targeted drug penetration in the treatment of a patient with acute gastritis. It mainly included the production of TCM decoction， the operation methods of directional drug penetration， precautions and nursing measures such as daily care， dietary care， emotional guidance etc. Through syndrome differentiation and typing， selecting targeted and effective prescriptions and acupoints， and cooperating with relevant nursing measures， it could effectively relieve the gaseous distention and other related symptoms of patients with acute gastritis and stomach diseases， and improve the ability to prevent diseases. TCM targeted drug penetration therapy is an easy-to-operate， safe and well-accepted therapy.
