摘要
目的

探讨肾病综合征水肿反复发作的护理对策，并对该案例进行分析。
方法
2
通过报道一例肾病综合征水肿反复患儿的疾病及治疗过程，加强护理人文关怀。
结果
2
患儿病情得到控制，水肿减轻，患者于18日后顺利出院。
结论
2
水肿是肾病综合征常见的症状之一，严重时会影响疾病愈后，因此在确定诊断后应积极给予适当治疗并加强对患儿的护理人文关怀，提高患儿治愈率，提高其生活质量。
Abstract
Objective

To investigate the nursing countermeasures for recurrent edema in nephrotic syndrome and to analyze this case.
Methods
2
By reporting the disease and treatment process of a child with recurrent edema with nephrotic syndrome， the humanistic care of nursing was strengthened.
Results
2
The child's condition was controlled， the edema was reduced， and the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital after 18 days.
Conclusion
2
Edema is one of the common symptoms of nephrotic syndrome， which will affect the recovery of the disease in severe cases， so after the diagnosis is confirmed， appropriate treatment should be actively given and humane care for children should be strengthened， so as to improve the cure rate and improve their quality of life.
