摘要

本文针对一例直肠癌化疗所致恶心呕吐患者进行个性化的评估及中西医结合护理，总结相关护理经验。在个性化的护理评估基础上，充分发挥中西医结合护理特色优势，运用西医护胃止呕药物治疗的同时采用艾灸气海、关元、足三里、内关组合取穴方等中医外治法，从而改善该患者化疗所致恶心呕吐不适，从而增强患者对接受治疗的依从性和提高患者的生活质量。中西医结合护理用于直肠癌化疗患者中能够缓解患者的恶心呕吐症状，提高临床效果，提高患者的中医护理满意度，提升临床疗效。

Abstract

In this paper， a patient with rectal cancer nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy was individualized evaluation and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing， and the relevant nursing experience was summarized. Based on personalized nursing assessment， give full play to the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing characteristic advantage， using the west medical stomach anti-nausea drug treatment at the same time the moxibustion air sea， guan yuan， guan combination find parties within the foot three mile， such as traditional Chinese medicine external treatment， so as to improve the patients with chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting is unwell， to enhance treatment compliance and improve patient quality of life. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients with rectal cancer chemotherapy can alleviate the symptoms of nausea and vomiting， improve the clinical effect， improve the satisfaction of patients with traditional Chinese medicine nursing， and improve the clinical efficacy.
