摘要

本文总结手指点穴联合头部循经刮痧疗法治疗1例风眩（高血压）患者的护理经验。在中医辨证理论指导下，采用手指点穴联合头部循经刮痧疗法，同时配合病情观察、生活起居、饮食指导、情志调理、用药指导等常规护理，能有效降低稳定血压，改善头晕症状。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of wind vertigo （hypertension） treated by finger point tapping combined with head scraping along meridians. Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine， the use of finger point tapping combined with head meridian scraping therapy， combined with routine care such as disease observation， daily living， diet guidance， emotional conditioning， medication guidance， can effectively reduce and stabilize blood pressure and improve dizziness symptoms.
