摘要

本文总结局部氧疗联合水胶体敷料治疗1例四级静脉炎伴穿刺点皮肤破溃患者的护理体会。采用局部评估与全身评估相结合的方式进行护理评估，在常规护理的基础上，予以局部氧疗联合水胶体敷料治疗，经过四次换药，患者穿刺点破溃完全愈合，无疼痛，无硬结。局部氧疗联合水胶体敷料治疗四级静脉炎伴穿刺点皮肤破溃效果显著，且操作简单无不良反应。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of grade IV phlebitis with skin ulceration at puncture point treated by local oxygen therapy combined with hydrocolloid dressing. The nursing evaluation was carried out by combining the local evaluation with the general evaluation. On the basis of routine nursing， the patient was treated with local oxygen therapy and hydrocolloid dressing.
