摘要

本文总结了1例AAV患者维持性血液透析治疗时自体动静脉内瘘（AVF）管理的护理体会。在患者自体动静脉内瘘使用过程中，针对患者AVF存在的主要护理问题和不良的心理状态，开展个性化护理干预，提供自体动静脉内瘘“三定一敷”，联合常规护理、心理护理、健康教育等护理措施，使患者AVF使用过程中出现的疼痛以及焦虑情绪得到一定缓解，从而改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of the management of autogenous arteriovenous fistula （AVF） in a patient with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody associated vasculitis （AAV） during maintenance hemodialysis. In the process of using autologous arteriovenous fistula， personalized nursing intervention was carried out to provide autologous arteriovenous fistula "three fixed and one compress" and routine nursing according to the main nursing problems and poor psychological state of patients with AVF. Psychological nursing； Health education and other nursing measures can relieve the pain and anxiety of patients in the process of using AVF， therefore improving the quality of life of patients.
