摘要

本文总结了1例雷火灸治疗以腰痛为首发症状的更年期综合征患者的护理体会，首先对患者进行护理评估，做出中医护理诊断，根据诊断制定中医护理计划，最后实施护理措施。经过干预后，患者的灸感明显，临床症状有明显缓解，围绝经期症状和睡眠评分均有明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with low back pain as initial symptom of menopause syndrome treated by Thunder-fire moxibustion. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing plan was established based on the nursing evaluation and diagnosis. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing measures were carried out to relieve the perimenopausal symptoms and improve the sleep quality of the patient.
