摘要

本文总结1例甲状腺癌术后并发颈部淋巴结继发恶性肿瘤患者的护理经验，术前予患者外科术前护理常规、药物治疗等，术后予营养支持，抗感染，补液扩容，预防下肢静脉血栓、出血等并发症，耳穴压豆等中医护理，有利于促进患者好转，提高患者生存质量。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with secondary malignant tumor of cervical lymph node after thyroid cancer surgery. Routine surgical nursing and drug therapy were carried out before surgery. Comprehensive interventions were carried out including nutrition support， fluid therapy， prevention of venous thrombosis of the lower extremity and hemorrhage， as well as auricular acupoint pressure and other Traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques， in order to improve the postoperative recovery and quality of life.
