摘要

本文总结中医特色序贯疗法应用于1例重症胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍患者的护理经验。芒硝外敷、穴位贴敷联合清胰汤肠内泵入的中医特色序贯特色疗法有助于缓解腹痛症状，促进肠道屏障的修复及动力的恢复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of the application of characteristic sequential therapies of traditional Chinese medicine to 1 patient with severe pancreatitis with gastrointestinal dysfunction. The characteristic sequential characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） involving the external application of munnit and acupoint sticking combined with enteral pumping of qingpancreati decoction can help relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain and promote the repair of intestinal barrier and the restoration of motility.
