摘要

报道一例晚期胃癌化疗间歇期并发多处静脉血栓合并便秘患者的护理，通过回顾其临床资料，查阅文献，组建护理学组多学科MDT会诊模式，采用中西医结合护理的方式对其进行精准护理。在缓解患者深静脉血栓症状，避免并发症的同时，解决了患者便秘的问题，同时规范了我科处理多发静脉血栓患者的护理流程，进一步积累了临床经验，形成了肿瘤患者相关性便秘的全方位管理体系，深化了我科专科特色优质护理服务内涵，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective

This paper reports the nursing care of a patient with advanced gastric cancer complicated with multiple venous thrombosis and constipation during the interval of chemotherapy. Through reviewing the clinical data， consulting the literature， a multidisciplinary MDT consultation mode was established in the nursing group， and precise nursing care was carried out in the way of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. While alleviating the symptoms of deep vein thrombosis and avoiding complications， it solved the problem of constipation， standardized the nursing process of our department for patients with multiple vein thrombosis， further accumulated clinical experience， formed an all-round management system for constipation related to tumor patients， deepened the connotation of high-quality nursing services with special features of our department， and was worthy of clinical promotion.
