摘要

本文回顾1例全息经络铜砭刮痧联合耳穴“三联”治疗痰瘀互结型眩晕的护理经验。在完善护理评估、常规护理基础上，基于中医辨证施护理论指导，总结其治疗效果及护理措施等。铜砭刮痧联合耳穴“三联”其主要的作用原理是刺激体表相应的穴位产生经络传导，从而发挥疏通筋脉，调畅气血的功效。同时能有效的控制血压，缓解头痛等症状，患者舒适度高，无不良反应，且操作安全、方法简单、疗效显著，值得临床作为参考。

Abstract

This article reviews the nursing experience of a case of holographic meridian scraping with copper plate combined with auricular point "triple combination" in the treatment of vertigo caused by phlegm and blood stasis. On the basis of improving nursing assessment and routine nursing， the treatment effect and nursing measures were summarized based on the guidance of syndrome differentiation and nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The main principle of scraping with copper combined with auricular point "triple combination" is to stimulate the corresponding copper plate on the body surface to produce meridian conduction， so as to play the effect of dredging tendons and vessels and regulating blood. At the same time， it can effectively control blood pressure， relieve symptoms， patients' comfort is high， no adverse reactions， and the operation is safe， the method is simple， the curative effect is significant， it is worthy of clinical reference.
