摘要

本文总结1例顽固性便秘治疗的护理经验，包括护理评估、皮内针操作方法、腹部按摩的操作方法、饮食护理、运动护理以及心理护理等常规护理。在常规护理的基础上，采用耳部皮内针的穴位刺激和腹部的局部按摩，能够有效的解决患者便秘的症状，从而可以缓解因便秘而加重的病情。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of intractable constipation， including nursing evaluation， auricular intradermal needle operation， abdominal massage， diet nursing， exercise nursing and psychological nursing. On the basis of routine nursing， the acupoint stimulation of auricular intradermal needle and the local massage of abdomen can effectively relieve the symptoms of constipation， so as to alleviate the aggravation of constipation.
