摘要

本文总结中药蒸汽浴联合耳穴贴压、艾灸应用于1例项痹病合并失眠患者的护理经验。包括中药蒸汽浴所用药方组成和操作，耳穴贴压和艾灸的操作方法、注意事项，以及饮食、生活、心理等常规护理，通过联合多项中医适宜技术能有效改善患者偏头痛和失眠症状，且操作相对简单，患者舒适度高。

Abstract

To summarize the effect and nursing experience for a patient with cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type and insomnia treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） steam bath combined with auricular acupoint pressing and moxibustion，including the composition of the prescription used in the TCM steam bath， auricular acupoint pressing， moxibustion operation methods， precautions， dietary guidance， life support， psychology care and other routine care. A combination of appropriate technologies of TCM nursing is potentially effective to relieve the symptoms of migraine and insomnia in patients， and improve patient comfort during the treatment.
