摘要

本文总结1例采用耳穴压丸治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞后失眠的护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，采用中医耳穴压丸治疗，同时积极配合医生进行救治，遵医嘱及时给予安全的氧疗护理，加强患者的心理护理和饮食护理。中医耳穴压丸能有效改善视网膜睫状动脉患者的睡眠质量，而操作简单、不良反应少，患者易于接受，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of one case of insomnia after central retinal artery occlusion treated with auricular point pressing pills. On the basis of improving the nursing evaluation， we adopted traditional Chinese medicine ear point pressing pill treatment， actively cooperated with the doctor for treatment， timely gave safe oxygen therapy nursing according to the doctor's advice， and strengthened the psychological care and diet care of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine ear point pressing pills can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with retinal ciliary artery， but the operation is simple， adverse reactions are few， and patients are easy to accept， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
