摘要

本文总结1例蛇串疮（肝经湿热证）患者的医护一体化中医护理查房实践经验。搜集患者临床资料，由责任护士汇报，医生分析病情，医护联合针对重难点内容进行讨论，共同制定护理措施。通过医护一体化查房，重建医、护、患三位一体的治疗和护理模式，从而有效促进患者康复。

Abstract

This paper summarized the practice of doctor-nurse integration wards rounds for a patient with herpes zoster （liver-meridian damp-heat syndrome）. Key issues of doctor-nurse integration wards rounds included collection of clinical data， report by the responsible nurse， disease condition analysis by the doctor， analysis of important and difficult points under doctor-nurse integration model. By reforming the treatment and nursing model， doctor-nurse integration wards rounds was designed to achieve the goal of holistic nursing and shorten the course of patient rehabilitation
