摘要
本研究总结1例耳穴压豆改善腰麻下膝关节镜手术麻醉后恶心呕吐、焦虑的护理经验，包括术前护理、术中手术配合、术中耳穴压豆操作方法、术后护理及出院指导，耳穴压豆能够有效减轻患者恶心呕吐症状，缓解焦虑情绪、提高患者的舒适度及手术配合度，，对促进术后康复有积极作用。
Abstract
This paper summarized the auricular acupoint pressing therapy and nursing management for a patient with nausea， vomiting and anxiety after laparoscopic surgery under lumbar anesthesia. Key issues included preoperative nursing， intraoperative nursing cooperation， procedure of auricular acupoint pressing， postoperative nursing and health education before discharge from hospital. Auricular acupoint pressing therapy is potentially effective to relieve the nausea and vomiting and anxiety status of the patient， improve the patient comfort and compliance with surgical treatment.
