摘要
总结循经取穴在1例动力性“肠结”患者护理过程中的应用实践与管理。科室创建中医护理小组，在患者出现不明原因的肠结问题上，循证循经实施多项中医适宜技术，如：穴位贴敷、中药热奄、中医定向透药治疗、百笑灸、安神枕等；并对灌肠工具进行创新，既保护了患者水肿的肠粘膜又达到了良好的治疗效果。 经过32天的精心护理，患者肠结症状解除，好转出院。经脉所过，主治所及，通过经络之气调节脏腑功能，达到防治疾病的目的。循经取穴能够改善动力性“肠结”患者的就医体验，临床效果显著。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the application of acupoint selection along the meridian in a patient with dynamic "colon". A Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing team was built to implement multiple suitable techniques， such as acupoint application， Traditional Chinese Medicine heat exhaustion， Traditional Chinese Medicine targeted penetration therapy， hundred laughter moxibustion， and sedative pillow， in cases of unexplained colon problems in the patient. At the same time， innovative enema tools have been developed， which not only protect the swollen intestinal mucosa， but also achieve good therapeutic effects. After 32 days of meticulous care， the symptoms of the colon were relieved， and the patient was discharged with a better health condition. The meridians pass through， and the main treatment is within reach. By regulating the functions of the organs through Qi of the meridians， the purpose of preventing and treating diseases can be achieved. Choosing acupoints along the meridians can improve the outcome of patients with dynamic "intestinal nodules"， and the clinical effect is significant.
