摘要

本文总结艾灸联合耳穴压豆干预缓解1例脑卒中后遗症期气虚血瘀证患者睡眠障碍的护理体会。在常规护理的基础上，通过制定个体化的耳穴压豆、艾灸治疗和辨证饮食指导，以养心安神、补益肾气，同时指导患者畅积郁、缓急躁，以调节阳经气血，有效改善患者睡眠障碍，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarized nursing management for a patient with post stroke sequelae of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who received moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing therapy for relieving sleep disorders. Based on the routine nursing interventions， moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing therapy， individualized nursing including moxibustion， auricular acupoint pressing therapy and dietary guidance by syndrome differentiation were carried out to relieve the sleep disorders and improve the patient's quality of life.
