摘要
本文总结百笑灸“水穴”改善1例痰瘀互结证心力衰竭合并利尿剂抵抗患者下肢水肿的护理实践经验。在常规护理的基础上，基于腧穴命名理论指导，选取“水穴”进行百笑灸，有助于改善心力衰竭症状、减轻患者下肢水肿程度，疗效显著，且操作简单、方便易行，值得中医临床护理参考及推广应用。
Abstract
To review the nursing practice of Baixiao moxibustion on Water-Acupoints（ acupoints to regulate water metabolism） to improve lower limb edema in a patient with heart failure of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome and diuretic resistance. On the basis of rational use of diuretics， adequate nursing evaluation and Traditional Chinese Medical nursing scheme for heart failure， and guided by the theory of acupoint naming， Water-Acupoints were selected for Baixiao moxibustion. It was helpful to improve the symptoms of heart failure， Lee Heart Failure Integral and Heart Function， and could effectively reduce the degree of lower limbs edema. It is worthy of clinical nursing reference and application of traditional Chinese medicine.
