摘要

本文总结1例肺经伏热型变应性鼻炎患者的护理经验。患者经西医治疗效果欠佳，同时畏惧口服中药及针灸治疗，在以中医情志护理及饮食调护为主的健康宣教的基础上，辨证实施耳部刮痧及耳穴压豆护理技术，能够有效改善患者症状。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with allergic rhinitis of latent heat in lung meridian syndrome. Given the poor outcome of western medicine treatment and fear of Traditional Chinese Medicine oral administration and acupuncture， auricular scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy by syndrome differentiation and health education consisting of Traditional Chinese medicine emotion nursing and diet guidance were carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
