摘要
本文总结1例智齿患者牙痛期间运用耳穴压豆和耳穴按摩治疗的护理经验，包括护理评估、耳穴压豆和耳穴按摩操作方法、注意事项以及心理护理、饮食护理等常规护理。基于中医辨证施护理论指导，采取耳穴压豆和按摩并辅以中西医护理措施，能有效缓解智齿患者牙痛症状，稳定情绪，从而缓解病情。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of wisdom tooth patient with ear point pressure bean and ear point massage treatment， including nursing evaluation， ear point pressure bean and ear point massage operation methods， matters needing attention， psychological nursing， dietary nursing and other routine nursing. Based on the theoretical guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， the ear acupuncture and massage and western medicine nursing measures can effectively relieve the toothache symptoms of wisdom tooth patients， stabilize the mood， so as to relieve the condition.
