摘要

总结中药蜡疗联合中药热奄包技术对尪痹患者治疗效果。本文选取1例尪痹患者进行护理评估，借助疼痛评分（NRS）、日常生活能力评分（Barthel）观察临床疗效。经过治疗后，该患者NRS评分下降，Barthel评分升高，疼痛减轻，患者的生活质量得到提高。在中医理论的指导下，运用中药蜡疗联合中药热奄包技术治疗尪痹患者的临床疗效显著，无明显不良反应，患者易接受，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

To summarize the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine wax therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot package on obstinate arthralgia. In this paper， a patient with arthralgia was selected for nursing evaluation， and the clinical effect was observed by means of NRS and Barthel. After treatment， the patient's NRS score decreased， Barthel score increased， pain was relieved， and the patient's quality of life was improved. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory， the application of Chinese medicine wax therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot packet technique in the treatment of obstinate arthralgia is effective and has no obvious adverse reactions. It is easy to be accepted by patients and worthy of clinical application.
