摘要

本文总结1例神经根型颈椎病患者的护理经验。通过对患者颈部疼痛、症状、心理及疲乏程度进行评估，对患者实施中医全息刮痧联合拔火罐技术，并加强常规护理，患者症状明显缓解。说明中医全息刮痧联合拔火罐技术可有效缓解患者症状，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Through the evaluation of neck pain， symptoms， psychological and fatigue degree of patients， the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine holographic scraping combined with cupping technology， and strengthening routine nursing， the patient's symptoms were significantly relieved. It shows that Chinese holographic scraping combined with cupping therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
