摘要

本文总结1例有严重造口周围炎症患者的治疗及护理经验。基于中医辨证，采取红光照射联合加味三黄汤湿敷治疗方法，改善患者炎症情况，提高干预效果。

Abstract

This article summarized the treatment and nursing experience of one patient with severe peristomal inflammation. Based on the differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine， the treatment method of red light irradiation combined with flavored Sanhuang soup wet compress was adopted to improve inflammation and improve the intervention effect.
