摘要

本文总结1例手指点穴联合艾条灸中医特色技术治疗顽固性呃逆患者的护理体会。在中西医结合治疗基础上辅以中医外治法，通过辨证论治，辨证施护，根据病症选取特殊穴位并采用特殊手法，以顺气解郁、和胃降逆。经治疗，患者呃逆症状消失且创伤小，安全无副作用，可为临床提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with intractable hiccup treated by finger point combined with moxa stick moxibustion. On the basis of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， supplemented by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine， through syndrome differentiation treatment， syndrome differentiation care， special acupoints and special techniques are selected according to the disease， in order to regulate qi and relieve depression， and stomach to reduce inverse. After treatment， the symptoms of hiccup disappeared and the trauma was small， safe and without side effects， which can provide reference for clinical practice.
