摘要

本文报告灸法干预1例慢性肾衰竭耳鸣患者诊治经过和效果。对本科室收治的1例慢性肾衰竭耳鸣患者给予耳部艾灸联合火龙药灸进行治疗干预，采用耳鸣严重评估量表进行评估，经干预后该患者耳鸣严重程度评估量得分明显下降，耳鸣症状得到明显改善，同时也提高了其生活质量。耳部艾灸联合火龙药灸对于改善慢性肾衰患者的耳鸣症状有显著的疗效。

Abstract

This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of moxibustion intervention on a patient with chronic renal failure tinnitus. The patient admitted to our department was treated with ear moxibustion combined with Huolong medicinal moxibustion. After intervention， the patient's tinnitus severity assessment score significantly decreased， which was assessed by the tinnitus severity assessment scale. The patient's tinnitus symptoms were significantly improved， while the quality of life was also greatly improved。The combination of ear moxibustion and Huolong medicinal moxibustion has a significant therapeutic effect on improving tinnitus symptoms in patients with chronic kidney failure.
