摘要

本文总结1例肝硬化合并急性上消化道出血的护理经验。通过辩证施护，给予患者服药护理、出入量管理、心理护理及中医特色技术治疗，开展针对性个体化护理措施，运用移情、取情等方法调节患者的情绪，取得了较为显著的临床效果。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of liver cirrhosis complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Through dialectical nursing， patients were given medication nursing， intake and output management， psychological nursing and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology treatment， targeted and individual nursing measures were carried out， and empathy， emotion and other methods were used to regulate patients' emotions， and significant clinical effects were achieved.
