摘要
本文总结1例采用平衡火罐联合中药溻渍治疗风热闭肺证咳嗽病患儿的效果和护理措施。基于中医辨证施护理论，针对性地在患儿肺部投影区及相应穴位处进行平衡火罐，平衡火罐结束后在肺部固定湿罗音处给予中药溻渍贴敷，同时配合饮食等护理措施，切实改善患儿咳嗽咳痰的情况。
Abstract
This article summarized the effectiveness and nursing measures of a case of cough disease in children with wind heat closed lung syndrome treated with balanced cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains. Based on the theory of dialectical nursing in traditional Chinese medicine， targeted balanced cupping is performed on the projection area of the child's lungs and corresponding acupoints. After the balanced cupping is completed， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） is applied to the fixed moist rales in the lungs， and dietary and other nursing measures are taken to effectively improve the cough and phlegm situation of the child.
