摘要

本文总结1例平衡火罐技术联合耳尖放血治疗高血压合并失眠患者的护理体会。护理措施包括观察与监测患者病情、个性化饮食指导、用药护理、情志调理等，基于中医辨证理论，实施中医特色平衡火罐技术及耳尖放血治疗，经治疗患者血压降至正常水平，头晕、失眠症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of balanced cupping technique combined with ear tip bloodletting in the treatment of hypertension and insomnia. Nursing measures included observation and monitoring of the patient's condition， individualized diet guidance， medication care， emotional conditioning， etc. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine， the balanced cupping technique of traditional Chinese medicine and ear tip bloodlet treatment were implemented. After treatment， the patient's blood pressure was reduced to normal level， and the symptoms of dizziness and insomnia were significantly improved.
