摘要

新生儿黄疸是新生儿科中的常见病、多发病，如果没有及时采取有效措施进行救治，使得病情发展严重时，或将导致胆红素脑病、抽搐等情况，危及患儿生命或遗留后遗症。蓝光照射是目前西医治疗新生儿黄疸的最普遍的方法，也是首选方法，其疗效得到一定肯定，但同时也存在不良反应多、方法单一等缺点，其中皮疹是蓝光照疗最常见的并发症。在新生儿黄疸早期治疗中，我们在给1例黄疸患儿使用蓝光照疗的基础上，联合茵陈蒿汤药浴，不仅加快了患儿的退黄速度，同时也减少了患儿的不良反应，方法值得推广。

Abstract

Neonatal jaundice is a common disease in neonatal pediatrics， if effective measures are not taken in a timely manner， which may aggravate the development of the disease， such as bilirubin encephalopathy， convulsions， etc. and even endanger life or leave sequelae. Currently， blue light irradiation is the most common and preferred method for treating neonatal jaundice in Western medicine， which efficacy has been confirmed. However， there are some drawbacks such as multiple adverse reactions and the treatment is simple. Rash is the most common complication of blue light therapy. In this case， we combined blue light therapy with Yinchenhao decoction for a neonate with jaundice， which not only accelerated the jaundice regression rate， but also reduced adverse reactions such as rash. The role of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment in neonatal jaundice is increasingly prominent.
