摘要

本文总结耳穴贴压联合中药熏洗治疗1例痰浊蒙窍证高血压眩晕病患者的护理体会。护理措施包括患者病情观察、饮食指导、情志指导、用药指导、运动指导等，并基于中医辨证理论，实施中医特色技术耳穴贴压联合中药熏洗技术疗法，经过一周的治疗及护理配合，患者血压降至正常水平，头晕症状改善，病情好转出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience on a vertigo patient with syndrome of orifices confused by phlegm treated by auricular acupoint pressing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing. The nursing measures include the patient condition observation， and the guidance of diet， emotion， medication and exercise. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation， the ear acupoint pressing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation and washing was carried out. After a week of treatment and nursing cooperation， the patient's blood pressure decreased to normal level， dizziness symptom improved. The patient was discharged with a better health condition.
