摘要

本文总结1例痛风性关节疼痛所致行动困难患者经金黄散贴敷治疗的效果及中医护理经验。在完善护理评估和诊断的基础上，给予患者金黄散贴敷治疗，并配合常规护理、生活起居护理、饮食护理等，有效改善了患者的临床症状，减轻了患者的疼痛感。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing applying Jinhuang Powder to a patient with difficulty in movement caused by gouty joint pain. Based on the nursing evaluation and diagnosis， the patient was provided with Jinhuang powder application treatment， and cooperated with routine care， daily living care， dietary care， etc. The clinical symptoms were effectively improved. The patient’s pain was alleviated.
