摘要

近年来，随着社会发展和人民生活习惯的改变，冠心病的患病率和病死率呈逐年上升趋势，尤其是在急性心肌梗死方面，呈年轻化趋势。本文总结冠心病患者PCI术后心脏康复二级预防个案护理经验，运用冠心病二级预防策略，通过五大核心处方，即药物、运动、营养、心理、戒烟进行综合模型干预，改善患者预后，提高其生活质量。

Abstract

In recent years， with the development of society and the change of people's living habits， the prevalence and mortality of coronary heart disease show an increasing trend year by year. Especially in terms of acute myocardial infarction， there is a trend towards youthfulness. This paper summarized the nursing experience on secondary prevention of cardiac rehabilitation in a patient with coronary heart disease after PCI. Secondary prevention of coronary heart disease was applied， and comprehensive model intervention， including drugs， exercise， nutrition， psychology， and smoking cessation was conducted. The patient's prognosis and the quality of life were improved.
