摘要

本文总结了1例耳穴贴压缓解湿热内蕴证臌胀病患者失眠的护理经验，基于中医辨证实施耳穴贴压，配合对患者的心理护理、饮食护理、健康宣教等干预措施，改善了患者的失眠症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience in an insomniac with dampness and heat accumulation syndrome bloating relieved by auricular point pressing. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation， auricular point pressing was implemented， combined with psychological care， dietary care， health education and other intervention measures to improve the patient's insomnia symptoms.
