摘要

本文总结1例心肌致密化不全合并室性心动过速患儿的护理经验。术前制定恶性心律失常应急处置方案，及早预防、识别；进行早期踝泵运动，预防术后血栓。术中加强循环系统监测，保证术中血流动力学稳定。术后并发症的观察与识别；制定个体化运动训练方案，促进快速康复；重视健康宣教，提高患儿及其家长出院后疾病的护理。经过9天精心的治疗和康复护理，患儿于术后第2天快速康复出院，随访6个月，患儿病情恢复良好。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a child with ventricular tachycardia and noncompaction of the myocardium. The emergency treatment plan of malignant arrhythmia was formulated before operation for early prevention and identification. Early ankle pump exercise was performed to prevent postoperative thrombosis. Intraoperative monitoring of the circulatory system should be strengthened to ensure intraoperative hemodynamic stability. Observation and identification of postoperative complications； Formulating individualized exercise training programs to promote rapid rehabilitation； Pay attention to health education， improve the nursing of children and their parents after discharge. After 9 days of careful treatment and rehabilitation nursing， the child recovered quickly and was discharged on the second day after surgery. After 6 months of follow-up， the child recovered well.
