摘要

本文总结1例晚期结肠癌多脏器转移伴肺栓塞患者的护理经验。患者入院后积极完善相关辅助检查与检验，通过评估患者病情变化后，制定个体化护理方案，予基础护理、病情观察，肺栓塞护理、疼痛护理、心理护理及睡眠护理等护理措施。经积极治疗和精心护理后，患者好转出院。通过制定个体化护理方案可缩短患者住院时间，对调整患者机体营养状态具有积极意义，有助于进一步提升患者机体免疫功能，提高患者满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with advanced colon cancer multiple organ metastasis and pulmonary embolism. After the patient was admitted to the hospital， the relevant auxiliary examinations and tests were actively improved. After evaluating the changes of the patient's condition， the individualized nursing plan was formulated， and the basic nursing， condition observation， pulmonary embolism nursing， pain nursing， psychological nursing， sleep nursing and other nursing measures were given. After active treatment and careful nursing， the patient improved and was discharged. The individualized nursing plan can shorten the hospitalization time of patients， has positive significance for adjusting the nutritional status of patients， and helps to further improve the immune function of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
