摘要

本文总结耳穴压丸治疗1例急性胰腺炎合并胃肠功能障碍患者的护理经验。护理人员在完善护理评估的基础上，采用中医耳穴压丸治疗，同时加强患者心理护理，开展营养支持和饮食护理，有效改善了患者急性胰腺炎合并胃肠功能受损症状，且此项操作简洁、不良反应少，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience in a patient with acute pancreatitis （AP） combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction （GID） treated by auricular point pressing. Based on the nursing evaluation， nursing staff adopted Traditional Chinese Medicine method， auricular point pressing for treatment while strengthening patient psychological care， providing nutritional support and dietary care， which effectively improved the symptoms of AP combined with GID. This operation is simple and has few adverse reactions， which is worthy of clinical reference.
