摘要

本文总结了1例膀胱癌终末期老年患者的安宁疗护经验。在老年患者癌症终末期的这一特殊时间段，患者及其家属均存在一定的心理障碍。针对癌症患者晚期生活质量的需求，运用安宁疗护的相关理论和技能，全面评估患者及家属，实施焦虑护理、中医特色护理，结合常规护理，帮助患者减轻生理不适、心理困扰等症状，为患者及其家属提供身、心、社、灵的支持。

Abstract

This paper summarized the experience of hospice care in an elderly patient with bladder cancer at the end stage. During the special period of late stage cancer in elderly patients， both patients and their families have certain psychological disorders. In response to the quality of life needs of the cancer patient， the situation of the patient and her family was comprehensively evaluated based on the hospice care theories. The anxiety care and Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic care combined with routine care were applied to help the patient to alleviate symptoms such as physiological discomfort and psychological distress. The physical， mental， social， and spiritual support to the patient and her family were provided.
