摘要

本文总结雷火灸联合穴位贴敷治疗1例腰椎骨折伴有尿路刺激征及压力性尿失禁患者的护理经验体会。护理措施包括老年人心理异常的心理护理、生活方式健康指导、正确的功能锻炼、雷火灸技术及穴位贴敷等。基于中医基础理论的雷火灸联合穴位贴敷，有效改善患者尿路刺激征症状，提升患者舒适度，减少并发症的发生，促进患者机体功能恢复。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of lumbar fracture with urinary tract irritation and stress urinary incontinence treated by thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint application. Nursing measures included psychological nursing， lifestyle health guidance， correct functional exercise， thunder-fire moxibustion technique and acupoint application. Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint application based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the symptoms of urinary tract irritation， improve the comfort of patients， reduce the occurrence of complications， and promote the recovery of patients' body function.
